JAB FOUNDATIONS classes are geared toward the beginner boxer or anyone looking to hone their technique. These lower intensity classes focus on proper stance, footwork, punch technique and defense, to optimize your experience across all our programming.
JAB INTENSITY brings boxing training to a high-energy group fitness setting. You'll get a proper warmup before gloving up and working heavy bags, conditioning drills, and abs.
Class format: 2 min rounds. 30 sec rest.
